Friday, March 8, 2024 | 1 - 4 p.m. Sonora Opera Hall

Social connections are vital to our health and well-being. And in a small town like Sonora, strong relationships enable our entire community to thrive.

On International Women’s Day, join us for an informative keynote and workshop led by Shasta Nelson, author, TEDx Speaker and social relationships expert.

Together, workshop participants will:

  • Explore the science of healthy relationships and what makes them so critical to our health and well-being.
  • Celebrate the role of women in our community as relationship builders and leaders.
  • Learn about the three pillars of strong relationships to build new connections and deepen existing friendships.

Our community is stronger when we’re connected, and that includes supporting our neighbors in times of crisis. All proceeds from Cultivating Connections will benefit Project HOPE, Adventist Health Sonora’s support fund for local patients in need.
